    My daughters 06 Passat has a bad lock module on the front passenger door I am trying to replace. I took off the trim and removed the 2 plugs where I could see the 2 clips that hold the glass in place but i am unsure how to loosen them. It is not the 10mm bolt that I have encountered doing this...

    Ive read a couple different write ups and I see 2 different methods. One says just jack up the engine and replace the mounts themselves, the other says the bracket must be removed first. Can i do it with out removing the brackets? Im just replacing with stock mounts and i have 2 good floor jacks...
