So I did the spp tip mod today. I replaced the chrome housing with the leather boot and now I lost the tiptronic feature. Anybody put on a boot with the chrome housing still inside?

Like the post says I'm looking for someone who might want to sell their tip shift adapter. I would prefer Wal's version but if you have SPP's newer version of theirs I would consider that as well.

Well i recieced the second adapter, since the first one didnt fit correctly. This one worked great, installed in ~5 minutes :thumbup:. I used a MOMO Combat CTSIL Knob with the adapter. Here are some pics of last nights install: So what do you all think??? On a side note, the Katzkin Leather...

Well i removed the stock shift knob, but i cannot get the adapter on. The problem is the plasitc peice where the screw needs to go through doesnt align with the SPP Adapter. I tried running a string through and pulling the plastic peice up, but it doesnt come high enough up to get the screw...
