Driving home today I found on my 2003 Passat I had very dim headlights, no turn signals, no heat and parking brake warning light was going off even though parking brake was disengaged? Are these all on one fuse? Also where is fuse box located? What else might it be? Thanks for any help

My 06' Passat's turn signal light in the mirrors have went dim. I can see the LED flashing but it isn't bright. do both mirrors generally go bad together? Has anyone else seen this before?
