2004 Passat GLX V6 FWD and Climatronic I recently developed a very tiny pinhole in the line that runs from the compressor to the dryer. Replaced the line and the dryer then pulled a hard vacuum for 30 minutes as per the instructions found an automotive air conditioning website; then turned off...

I have 245/35/19 and I have been noticing a little more wear on the inside and outside of my tires. I'm thinking that my pressures are a little low. I was at 33lbs, but have since bumped them up to 35lbs. Is this right? What is everyone else running? Thanks in advance.

Just put 4 brand new Pirelli P4's on my 04 Passat 4motion. When I got it back from the shop I was shocked to find 45psi in both rears and 40psi in both fronts. This seems really high to me. Shouldn't these be around 32psi all around? Any thoughts? :(

Hi, i have a VW Passat 1.9 TDI Estate B5 and have just changed the stock 195x65x15 steel wheels for a nice set of 18" RS4 alloys with 225x40x18 Stunner Scudo Tyres. What would you guys/gals recommend I set the PSI for the tyres at? Thanks Cheers Shaiboy_UK

Hello Looking for info on proper tire pressures for my new Passat GLS Sedan 1.8. I have Michelins 195-55-15. The info on the door sticker relates to 205-65-16 tires, and no one seems to know the correct pressures, including the two local dealer service centers, VW USA and Michelin USA...

I FINALLY got my 18" RH C5000s on and I'm wondering what good tire pressure would be? The Continental Contisport Contact 2s have a max of 51psi and I have them at 45 and 42 right now. I read in a previous post, that I can't find, a general pressure increase for every inch you go up in size...

I am new to the VW fold and was wondering why VW specifies 35/44 cold f/r tire P. The tires are the same size, it is front wheel drive. I was a little surprised to see they recommend such P difference f/r. Or am I misreading the specification on the label in the door jamb? What are you...

I just took delivery of our new 2003 GLX. It had between 40 and 45 PSI in the tires. I checked the sticker on the fuel door but it seems to me to be impractical to change the tire pressures for different loads and top speeds. I set them to 35 PSI all around as a compromise. If you have the...
