2001 v6 GLS with manual AC controls So I noticed the carpet on the passenger side was pretty much soaking wet close to the footwell.. did some searches here and it seems the cabin filter housing is usually the main culprit but I hadnt washed my car nor has it rained here for a week or two...

it was leaking a reddish kinda fluid. none of the fluids in my car are red. is it a mount or something? i took it off and cleaned it. under the metal plate was like a pinkish color. it was milky like oil mixed with water.
