Anyway, I know the ETKA UK or european PDFs have been requested by other members of the forum and I thought I would just add my request too!
I bought a technical info CD from EBay for the Passat W8 - thought I'd share it here, since it's really quite interesting.
For example, did you know the W8 has 2 fuel tanks?

I found a site that had several downloadable Passat owner's manuals but not a 1999! Just my luck! Anyway I recently bought a used Passat but got no manual. I am trying to decipher all the MFA business!!

I just saw a post where a fellow listed a link for a schematic for heated seats and found this interesting manual for Audi B5 1997 to 2001
I believe a lot of this manual is switchable for our Passats.
