hi all just wondering will a active subwoofer wire up to factory radio in a 05 b6 ?

Hi, I have a 02 passat estate, with Amplifier in the trunk with cd changer, i only get sound coming from the front speakers, not the rear, i have check wiring, and rear speakers, all fine. If i do fader from unit and send sound to rear, it stay at the front. Any Idea ? Thanks
