Put my 99 Passat K04 car on the dyno about 3 weeks ago. Only put down 154HP and 170TQ at best with the APR K03 software. Thinking that software was the problem I spent 600 and got the GIAC K04 software. Put the car back on the dyno again today and it made 148HP and 161TQ. I don't understand...
