I have a cheapo ebay cable that cannot read the engine controller. I have a P1136 fault code, found and fixed a missing vacuum valve and a broken vacuum hose, need to get the fault code cleared so I can pass the smog test. Dealer would not reset code without doing $1100 for said repairs above...
