I have a 2015 vw Passat tsi Wolfsburg and the directional air flow knob is not working, the fan itself works but I cannot control where it comes out, it’s stuck on the floor so I cannot defrost my windows or get air flowed to the cabin, is there a simple fix or do I have to replace the unit itself?
