I was wondering if to test the wires coming into the CCM if I could use a multimeter or a test light to all of the connections unplugged going into the CCM?

Is this upper radiator hose connector on all the way? The bumps on the radiator end engaged with the slots in the hose connector, and I couldn't push it any further (clip up of course). End of a long project so I'm not in the mood for trial and error, and patience is a bit low Thanks.
