i now have 187k miles doin my timing belt (which still looks new)---i noticed when moving the tensioner for the timing belt, it seemed as it was extra effort to move and then when it moved, the Timing Belt Dampener stayed commpressed by itself and then sloooowly uncompressed! is this normal?
