I am about to embark on installing a set of coil-overs and lowering the car. Should I be looking at getting a wheel alignment once it’s done?

So if the subframe needed to be shifted to correct camber and since the subframe needs to be loosened to accomplish this, wouldn't you then need to replace the subframe bolts due to them being stretch bolts?

I don't trust the shop that mounted my tires because they were incompetent in other areas and now I'm getting premature wear on my front tires. So where do you all go, what do you pay and what does the dealer typically charge? And are they more reliable/do a better job than a random Firestone etc?
