is any one using speaker adapters for there speakers? i installed a new kenwood hu and am looking at speakers. is it a pain to install new since they do not fit in oem holes? or should i get the adapters?

I called my local H&R and FK distribuitors and nada. They told me that they have 5x112 to 5x130 but not what I was looking for. Anyone know if these are available(who makes them, who sells them)?? Can you tell that I'm trying to get BMW wheels? Thanks

I just got a 99 Passat and I have a set of 18" rims but they are 4 lug (universal). Can you use adapters or is that way out of the question?
