Didn't do as well as I would have liked.
Worked out a lot, but ate a lot, too. Still eating relatively well and my overall health is good. I really don't do much in the way of overprocessed junk food. Maybe eat out one or two meals a week (out of 21 - 28).
Workouts are always in the evening and I hate that. However, I'm already out of bed by 5:30 and it's just flat out difficult to get up significantly earlier to try and get in a 30-min workout without waking everyone in the house. So, I workout after my son goes to bed and while my daughter watches (usually) a Disney movie. Jeez, I hate Cinderella. I channel that passion into the workout. ;)
