2010 Weight Loss Challenge

Anyone interested? This is between my dad and I - I'm trying to motivate him to slim down. He's got a solid 40lbs that he should lose and I'm looking at 20-25. It starts today (2/15/10) and runs for 12 weeks with mandatory weekly weigh-ins every Monday. The diet and exercise program you follow is yours to choose.
