Had a similar issue once. Locking and unlocking the car with the key fob fixed it. No idea why, but just throwing it out there as being stranded sucks.
ECU power supply relay bad(?) = no signal to fire coils = no spark
Check the engine bay near the fuel rail for fuel odor after cranking engine over for ~15-20 secs...if you smell fuel, the crankshaft position sensor/engine speed sensor is OK.
Need a multimeter to check whether the ECU is allowing 12V to each coil. If not, the ECU power supply relay may need replacing.
You can also bypass the two under-dash relays -- just be very careful to have it in P or neutral with the parking brake set, because one of the relays is the PN / clutch interlock for the starter.
