All the inside lights are not working

On my '99 passat, all my inside dome and door lights are dark. The dash lights work fine, but none of the other do. I tried all the doors and the inside switch, but nothing works. I checked the fuse box by the drivers side panel and there's no power at that fuse. Does anyone what feeds the circuit?

I've knoticed mine do the same every here and there. Lights come on again after I lock the car then unlock. If you've replaced any with led light try fliping the bulb and slide it in, sometime it don't work at all if you put it in upside down

No, the fuses are fine, including #14. I wasn't doing anything to it, they just stopped working. Is there a relay that powers that circuit? I was reading about the ccm; maybe it supplies power to that fuse. The problem must be upstream of the fuse box since there's no power at that fuse (the other fuses are fine).

Could be something to do with a bad ground somewhere around the main dome light - I'd start there. Had something similar in the past. My car also has a sunroof & so the main sunroof control is up there & ISTR they share a ground - took me a while to figure that one out!
