    Oil Cooler location

Where is the oil cooler located in the engine bay? I was peeping aorund trying to find the blank spot to put my temp sender but couldn't seem to find it.

Also, does anyone know if a vdo dual pole pressure sender can be used in place of the stock sender. If so where is the stock sender.

    Thanks in advance guys!

Not certain on the V6, but its a possibility; the oil cooler on the 1.8t is mounted above the oil filter, on the backside of the engine.

the oil cooler is the square metal piece that the oil filter screws on to.

If that is the oil cooler, then where is the blank spot for the sender?
