headlights, turn signals, wipers dont work

driving home this evening i turned my car off to get gas and when i turned it back on i had no headlights, turn signals or wiper function. all lights lit up except for the headlights, and the brake light (on the dash) came on and stays on as well. i made it home by holding the high beam flash.
anybody know the relay that controls all these, i checked all the fuses and none were blown.

Been there, done that. Fortunately it was my old GLi and not my B5.

I have just run into the same problem with mine. How did you finally fix your problem, how much did it cost?

I'll bet the horn doesn't work either. I drove around like that for a few months waiting to save up the $$ for a dealer repair. I found that if I turned the key back towards me just a little bit after I started the car, I had full functionality. It was kinda like a red neck security system. If you didn't know the trick, you really couldn't drive the car. Duster, give it a try. I ended up having it fixed along with some other stuff under warranty.
