That doesn't look illegal to me. seems to be an abandoned road or something, there's no way that wouldn't have gotten busted up if it was illegal. Probably a blocked off road or something.

see how the move to the right lane sometimes? or how they went to racing to only one side of the road instead of taking up the whole thing? a car was probably coming
