Wow...definitely a big WOW! I love it!

Slightly sharper lines and a micro badge. You should find a nice small VW emblem to put in place of the Skoda badge though. Or are you changing everything over?

How hard was the whole process. Other then minor modifications as far as mounting points go, radiator supports stuff like that was it a simple task. You just picked up the hood, grill, headlights, bumper, and fenders right? Anything else?

may i ask why you have paddle shifters despite having a manual transmission? or is that a Skoda thing?

the left paddle shifter I will use for switching to high beam and the right for for switching the brake light - if somebody drive too near behind me

if I would have had an automatic transmission then I would have it connected the paddles to the transmission

the R-badges in the speedometer are stickers, here is a high resolution scan of these logo
http://www.passatplus.de/dateien/racing-logo.tif

to change the frontend at an B5.5 is more easily, there is nothing do adapt
but at my B5 I must remove a little bit sheet metal
http://www.superb-combi.de/umbau/02.jpg
http://www.superb-combi.de/umbau/03.jpg

and make new holes for the fender, thats all
http://www.superb-combi.de/umbau/06.jpg
http://www.superb-combi.de/umbau/07.jpg
http://www.superb-combi.de/umbau/09.jpg

additionally some electrical work for the head ligths
http://www.superb-combi.de/umbau/20.jpg

my summer wheel are vw phaeton champion

Congratulations on a job well done. I like the conversion and I'd keep the Skoda badge on the front - you now have probably the only Superb Variant.

@The Limey

I get it for 250 Euro at eBay
the price at VW ist about 900 Euro

it is possible to connect it to the auto trans

@all

today I calculate all parts, I paid about 2500 Euro for all
there where many used parts include, like a pair Xenon at 190 Euro ;-)
