Here you go. Just got them on today. I tell you, finding lug bolts ended up being a major PITA! You have no idea what size you need until you try a couple different sizes. Finally found some local for $3 each. Ouch!
Here you go....My Mas Rogers 17x7.5 ET 40mm with Falken ST-115 225 45-17's
This one is at a wierd angle
All done!
Now, I'm done. Baby is on the way, so priorities are a changing.

I do... don't wanna change the topic... in my profile.. looking Not too shabby.. how do you find the ride? does the car shake at any speed? i finally recieved my hub adapters but haven't had the chance to try them cause the roads have been turned into a salt lick.

quote:
Tell us how the ST-115's are, and if they're as quiet as you wanted 'em to be.
Anyways, looks sexy!

I have only driven about 10 miles. they seem quite though, but very sticky. It sounds like the tires are throwing road grit up and it's peppering the underside of the car. Sounds like I'm going down a road with loose gravel on it.

I got some from wheel specilists inc a local place. They are just over an inch long. The key is to have just under 20mm exposed after you pass the bolt through the rim. parts4vws.com sells 28mm lugs which should be the perfect length. The part number is 14AFT. You'll need to make sure that you get at least 5 complete turns. Mine are long enough to give me over 6.

I don't know yet. I have only driven about 10 miles on surface streets. I got up to about 60mph and they seemed fine. You need a blue plastic ring that will fit into the back of the wheel and make them hub centric. Just take the hub adapter and make sure it fits over your hub without leaving any gap. Try that before you put them on your wheels.

not_too_shabby,
Lookin good, I'll have to keep my eye out for you around town. Me, just look for the guy who's in a wagon that looks like yours used to, oh and taking a second look, of the envious kind.

Re: Final mod for a while update(new wheels) (garifenton)
Thanks for the compliments. Yeah, I wanted to get the Rogers w/o the cap because then I could have been able to find a VW logo to replace the Mas logo. I couldn't find the exposed variety. Maybe next time.
