i got my head back on today and the whole top end of the motor back together, but i am yet again having trouble getting the timing belt tensioner back (it bent the pin i have holding it in place) so i can slip the belt on. does anybody have experience with the new style tensioner or can anybody suggest a good way to get it down? i used the allen key hole last time but i cracked the inner race and broke the key off in it as well (crappy tools) so i obviously dont want to repeat that.
