I am also running 235-40 18 et 35mm and am having problems with them rubbing. Have you experienced any problems with rubbing?

no rubbing at all. As you can see from my list of mods that I've got H&R OE springs which drops only about 1.1" all around. Even at full turn, everything clears fine.

Loved Brullen system as long as I had them. I'm in process of moving every mods to my new B5.5 Variant(coming soon) replacing B5.5 sedan.
