I've been searching for wheels for a while and thought I'd found the ones I'd like to have - until Jonboy became B5 of the month. (Congrats http://images.zeroforum.com/smile/embeer.gif )
My concern is that I often drive in excess of 100 MPH. Are there any issues with high speeds on 18's?
Oh, you lucky Autobahn driving fellow! I think his wheels are TUV approved, so I think they be ok...until you hit a bump at that speed on a 19". http://www.clubb5.com/images_forum/eek.gif

Theyre TUV approved (whatever that means). I think you should be okay.

TUV is equivalent to the US DOT. If a car is to be used on the German roads it must be TUV Certified. Which is more rigorous then in the US Standards. Obviously if a car is going to be traveling at those great speeds for long periods of time it would need to withstand more. Also, the TUV requires that wheels be capable of "withstanding 200,000 fatigue cycles in it's testing".

Thanks ya'll.
My wife says TUV geprüft is good stuff so I'll take that as green light on the 18's.
Next problem - where to find the money. Just found out child 2 will be here in 5 months. http://www.clubb5.com/images_forum/biggrin.gif http://images.zeroforum.com/smile/emlove.gif
