fuzzy pad won't stick to velcro backing

how do i make it stick to the backing? it was working fine for 3/4 of working on my hood. then all of a sudden, it lost it's static stickem. how do i make it stick?

the fuzzy black thing on the lake country pad. it won't stick to the velcro on my udm.

yeah, the other pads stick. well, this pad was sticking for about 40 minutes, then it came undone. confused the hell out of me. now i have to get buy another pad. fortunately, there's a local detailer supplier here that i can go to. it's taking me forever to pretty up my passat.

Also send a note to the retailer where you bought it and let them know about it.
