i was actually hopeing for a little bit higher
like 112 i had to dyno 2 times the first fucking time they only did it in 4th gear and my best was 193 and 180 tourque i was like u guys are fucking retarted and i only hit my peak in boost 1 time then my friend hopped on with his chipped k03 and got 240 ft lbs of tourque i was like ok so u guys prooved yourselves to be f***in idiots i swapped a n75 j valve out cause i was boosting to hi back to stock one and again only hit full boost on first pull (i think cause of heatsoaking since they didnt let car rest between puls and i got stock intercooler) and pulled out my 204

kinda irritated right now i just remembered there a guy by me with a f***ing gti he rigged up a 3 inch exhaust turbo back got a bov on it somehow and has the k03 s and got it chipped and it dynoed at 210 whp WTF?!?!?!?!?!?
how is a k04 not going to produce more than that with the chip made for it to be aggressive?!?!?!?!!?

I seen guys with K03 Sports do 215-220 whp.......with Intercoolers etc. Its normal, K03S on MK4 platform performs better then K04....just how it is.

Shoot for 204whp be happy, I got a Tip B5.5 K04 and only pulled 185whp / 200ft-lbs tq.

Pretty good numbers. I like the torque numbers. Who chipped the car? I have way more mods and putting 210 whp/231wtq. I'll get it dynoed again with H valve and test pipe.

I just don't see how this unit can just go bad....that would probably be my last suspect.

(race shop edition) with 6-puck disc and autotech flywheel, pss9 coilovers, 364 tranny with peloquin, dss stage 1, turn2 crank pully and tranny mount, energy susp. bushing inserts for dogbone, bogart flystars with 24.5 m&h slicks up front and welds with skinnies on the back.

ok sorry took so long to get on here again sent turbo back the actuator was actually bent and they said bolt was missing said installed wrong ... well i was like ok w/e (i installed it and treated it like a newborn child) the turbo was letting boost go so it kinda fixed problem and i say kinda because now i creates boost and holds it till i get to 5000 rpm then lets it all go (all boost drops and engine actually creates vaccum with pedal to floor) have been doing repeated testing and i belive car is overboosting so im throwing on a manual boost controller between n75V and wasgate vac line ... i have tried 3 diff n75V including H valve. my gauge says turbo is going to 25 but when i boosted it today it held all the way to redling as long and gauge didnt hit 25psi ... ill let everyone know whats up tonight. also thanks for the kind words ... and that stock k03 is tight, f***ing awsome but im jealous cause id give a left nut to be able to do that with stock turbo on passat hahahah thanks guys

I'm sure the M&H slicks and skinnies on the rear had a lot to do with that.

Your dyno looks fine. You'd probably hit 230 whp on a Dynojet, because they're lame like that.
