Did you have it custom tune or the one that comes with the kit?

you got me all interested in the atp setup... few questions.

1. does mika software include an actual ecu (so you retain your oem ecu)?
2. is this turbo good for a street setup? is the power delivery smooth/reliable?
3. not too much torque steer on a fwd?
4. will this work on a stock tip or do you need to do tranny swap?
5. any other upgrades necessary for this to work (fmic, exhaust manifold, etc.)?

1. YES
2. GT28RS will be smooth , 3071R full boost ( 22psi ) at 4200rpm on 1.8T engine.
3. Too much , so I need 4motion.
4. Tip is ok , but manual trasmission will be more good.
5. I change all about that (fmic, exhaust manifold, etc.)

you will have to strengthen the tranny. a stcok tip is good up to around 230ish

I REALLY should've looked at available mods before getting the V6. I thought it would be more popular. Boy was I wrong. VW should twinturbo the V6. It shouldn't be that hard considering Audi has the 2.7T. Then I could get huge power gains like this from small mods.:P

Does that include price of the car? If not; 30,000+22,000(?)= S4? With your dough, maybe Rs4? Great ride, though! I hope to have those numbers beat by the end of the year!

So, why not mod an rs4? Especially the twin turbo'd ones? It would probably cost less; and has AWD? That being said, do you have 5 or 6000 dollars laying around, maybe in the cushions of your (probably) carbon fiber/ titanium race seats? Or, do you have any single sisters? lol

not sure if you read closely, but if he said "Passat 1.8T in Taiwan will cost 39,000 ." then wont you think an rs4 is multitudes of that amount?

Read #33. He spent ANOTHER $33,000 on just SOME of the stuff he listed! Not including turbo kit; etc. Now; getting back to your single family members- she doesn't have to be attractive...!
