B4 wiring schematics

Hi everybody!
Somebody tried to steal my car and left her like that:



Does anybody know how to fix this or if there is a wiring schematic somewhere?
She is a 1994 B4 1.9 TDI model

every help is appreciated

Go here and you can download the schematics. Closest one is for a 95 B4 but that I hope will work for you.
Scroll down almost to the bottom of the page and look for the file "Volkswagen Passat 1995 B4 Wiring Diagrams (eng)
You will find a lot of good info on this site just look for files ending in (eng) which equals english unless your Russian is pretty good.
