Relay 384 MIA

Went to check relay 384 behind the driver side knee bolster, and it's not there. Would anybody know where it would be on an 04 V6 GLX 4motion? Thanks!

you're not going to find the 384 relay on a car with climatronic. The 384 relay is only used on the standard style ac system. Look for the 267 relay, that is the clutch control for the climatronic system.

Thanks. I'm having problems with the a/c turning on and off while standing in traffic. Vag-com gave me a 00792 A/C pressure switch code. I will inspect 267. Otherwise the climatronic shows no errors, I have run the self test on it. Will report back.

Make sure your electric cooling fan is coming on with the AC, may also want to check your fan clutch. If you have the VAG-com you may want to drive it and watch the coolant temps. High temps will cause high pressures in the AC system and shut the system down.

I have a simaler problem ac some times runs for hrs then cold air.The climatic shows a code of 313 . I changed the air intake sensor and had auto zone clear the codes. But the 313 still shows up . How do you clear it.
