Does this look like a bad motor mount? (video)

I get a clunking noise ever once in awhile when accelerating and when coming to a complete stop. Car shakes while idling. And you can see movement in the video.

You definitely need a snub mount; possibly motor mounts as well.

Thanks, that's what I figured. Ugh.

Does anyone know how labor intensive of a job it is?

Ok I took it into the mechanic today to have him look at another problem and to change the snub mount. Mechanic said it looked good and it did not need to be replaced. I asked him to check the other mounts. I am waiting for him to call me back. Any suggestions, comments or opinions??

Mine (1.8T) moves around about that much, assuming that you were revving a bit in that video. If I just move the shifter from D to R, it moves quite a bit, but maybe not as much as yours (been years since I've looked).

It can also be your swaybar end link bushings (have to swap the links) or the control arms. Does the clunking noise get worse when turning? Eitherway, it could also be the axle, completely or just the outer end.
