    Where is the relay for the Auxiliary Coolant Pump?

    My google mojo isn't working on this one. Can anyone tell me where the relay for the aux. coolant pump is?

    The car is a B5 Passat V6 Wagon.

    I'm not sure but it might be part of the fan control module. Try some searches in that direction and see what you can dig up.

    Sure enough, It's part of the fan control module. Relay is in the 8 position panel under the dash.

    That's a great diagram. Where did you get that? I was looking at the wiring diagrams in the Bentley and these circuits aren't drawn up this nicely.
    I don't think there is a relay at all. 51 and 42 are fuses located at the base of the 8-fold relay panel.

    Steve, How's your Russian? Here are a couple links to my top secret site! Lots of good stuff but you have to pick around to find the english version. Side bar will take you to other cool stuff as well.

    The first page pick B5 or B5.5 and then on the following pages look for (eng.) at the end of the description.
    eng=English rus=Russian
    The wiring diagrams are toward the bottom of the page under heading "Electrical equipment" (of course), then look down for "system wiring diagrams(eng.)

    I took a Russian Culture class in college. The main thing I learned was NOT to take Russian Culture classes in college.

    Awesome site. Thanks for the link.
