The actual "OEM" parts for your B5 aren't on your list - but yet you want OEM parts? Take a look here, the OEM ones are the ones whose brand is "Genuine VW/Audi" - as you can see, they are considerably more expensive.

OEM / Performance Parts for Audi, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Mini, Porsche & Volkswagen - ECS Tuning

I replaced mine with OEM lowers and Meyle uppers. 40k miles later, bushings still look great and not a problem yet.

TRW, Febi and Lemforder are OEM part suppliers. All the others are aftermarket brands.

^ makes more sense now, sorry!

I have a Meyle kit and the quality was great. Still going very strong, not a squeak. But the FCP Groton kit seems to be the best bang for the buck. They are considerably cheaper and seem to hold up well. Search both in the Google search bar at the top of the page, read all the reviews and what people have said about the kits, and make an informed decision that way. I don't think any one person has used all of the brands listed above to be able to say which one is the best compared to all the rest.

I have no idea how this is exactly done, but I've heard stories of people having premature failures on control arms because they did not install them to match the alignments of how the arms rest with the car under load. I was told that if the control arms are torqued down at improper angles, then when you put the car back down, it will put a contstant stress on the bushings and lead to premature failures.

I don't think I really did this when I did my control arms (FCP S4 kit), but they've been ok for the past year. I may have just gotten lucky and had the arms at an ok angle when I torqued things down.

I assume that, no matter what the quality is, a bad install would hurt the expected longevity of these components.
