I bought my 2002 Passat 1.8T GLS for $11,995 in August 2004 and after interest it was about $15,000. It had almost 78k miles on it, and Chrysler dealership I bought it from didn't tell me that it had previously been in an accident.
They claimed that it had a spotless title history and carfax only began reporting the previous accident in 2007 so there was no way for me to know that they were lying.

2004 V6 GLX wagon, 14k miles on it bought it 2 weeks ago.
paid $19000...guess it's a little high compare to all those posted before me?

But I guess it must have cost ~$27000 when it was new, so that makes me feels better

Looks like I should have bought mine in the US. Here in Alberta Canada I just bought mine 2 weeks ago a 2000 GLS 4motion with 81k miles for 9300 CND and the closest one to it market value was 13500 with 20k more miles.

In alberta no. Since the idiots here would charge you 15 000 for it. In toronto maybe.

$18K OTD 2004 GLS 1.8T Variant Tip heated Leather and sunroof, 17,000 miles in June 06. Probably could have done better, but they gave me $2,000 more for my trade than anyone else would.

2oo5 1.8t gls 4 motion , manual, sedan. Paid 34.5oo cad for brand new one in the spring of 2006. It has sunroof, alloys, etc. I still think, that was pretty mediocre price i have paid .
