I bought my 2002 Passat 1.8T GLS for $11,995 in August 2004 and after interest it was about $15,000. It had almost 78k miles on it, and Chrysler dealership I bought it from didn't tell me that it had previously been in an accident.
They claimed that it had a spotless title history and carfax only began reporting the previous accident in 2007 so there was no way for me to know that they were lying.
