On going problems with glow plug light

I have a MY2009 Passat TDI 125KW DSG. I asked awhile ago about the Glow plug light coming on and the error code i get is one for turbo boost problems. At the time it was suggested that it might be the N75 valve might be the problem. I got a new one and replaced it. But no good. Now after some research the next thing maybe the actuator on the turbo itself? Is this possible? Could there be a tear in its diaphragm. Now i have a question the N75 valve has 3 tubes going into it, now am i correct in assuming that one of the pipes goes directly to the actuator and if so which one and if i suck or blow on that tube it should have resistance, and if there is a tear there will be no resistance, like in the old days with the vacuum advance on distributors.
Any help would be gratefully received.

Thanks
