WTB: 2001 (B5) Passat GLX Wagon

I realize that my "want" criteria is somewhat narrow but at the end of the day that is what I am looking for and I know that they are out there Will pay according to the condition of the vehicle.

I am located in Northern Michigan and a good candidate would be located somewhere in the mid-west, hopefully (but obviously I would travel a bit further if the right one comes along) and it also would be a:

2001 (B5) Passat GLX Wagon in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition
Front Wheel Drive or 4Motion
Charcoal or Black exterior
Black leather interior (Must)
Manual or Auto
Preferably <100K
Maintenance records would be a plus as would a record of a timing belt change
Accident free, absolutely, positively no rust or any type of bodywork

Thanks for looking out guys; I appreciate it but I am looking for a B5. There's something about B5's nose that is more appealing to me than B5.5's.
